| Making A Purchase |
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and note down which items you wish to purchase. After you have finished your selection, contact us via the enquiry form on the "Contact Us" page and we will respond within 24 hours.
We accept payment via Paypal. We will send you an invoice via email with a link to make payment on the secure Paypal site.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Payment is required before the item is shipped. |
| Back Orders |
| If your item is not in stock, we will notify you and ask if you wish us to back order the item for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Shipping And Handling |
| We currently ship within Australia and to New Zealand. If the item is in stock, orders will be despatched within 24 hours or on the next business day if the order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday. |
| Tax Charges |
| All prices quoted include 10% GST but are excluding freight charges. We will advise you when we send the invoice what the cost of freight will be. |
| Guarantee and returns policy |
| All of our products come with a 14 day money-back guarantee. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, all we ask is that they are returned to us, unused, with all labels, tags and packaging intact. You will be refunded the total price of your purchase excluding shipping costs. |
